Good small town service I recently purchased a house and financed through American National. Their level of customer service is phenomenal. You cannot and will not get this from the larger chain banks. Allison at the San Marcos location went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly with our closing and was always available, no matter the time or day of the week. Wonderful service, all banks should operate like this.
