Great shop and great staff!
My bike was making a troubling noise when I put peddled, and both I and Sag Harbor Cycle thought it would be a straightforward fix. The problem was none of the obvious suspects, and even though it was a busy time in late August, they stayed with it over the course of a few days, and with two or three mechanics trying to diagnose the problem and fix it, including two or three times they rode the bike to try to find the source of the problem and check if they had fixed i.
