Davinder came within a day and quickly repaired the transmission on my Hunter Douglas Applause honeycomb shade. By contrast the company from which I bought the shade had not got back to me about sending a repair person after 2 weeks .I highly recommend Saffron for repairs! Nick

Saffron Window fashions saved my sanity. We have Hunter Douglas solar blinds (installed 10 years ago- and still good quality). We needed a repair to correct an issue in our skylight blind. They were very knowledgeable, reliable and careful. Communicated well, showed up on time and did the job well. We would recommend them!
