Over the last 5 years, Saffron team has helped my wife, and I to design an idea and make it happen in 2 different houses and throughout 1 renovation. Great service from Davinder on a service call to my home. He repaired my broken Hunter Douglas window blind and it works like new again. Fast and friendly.
We took a blind in that was not functioning properly. We were first told that the motor was no longer good and a new one was needed. Saffron said they would have to order and we decided not to bother and we would pick it up. They were going to charge us $35 for this. Then they said they had found one and had already installed it at a cost of over $300. When we went to pick it up and they tested it on the remote it didn’t work! Shopped around at numerous other stores in Victoria for new blinds for our entire home and chose Saffron for overall knowledge, selection and above all, great pricing.
