Dr Fletcher and his staff have always been professional's. Every time I have visited I am always met with the most friendly staff from the receptionist back, I would highly recommend. Dr Fletcher really cares about his patients, he listens and make sure he hears exactly what is going on, also he wants to make sure you are fully capable and ready to return to work before he sends you back to work. You will experience only the best in care by coming here instead of anywhere else.

After waiting four hours to see somebody from safeworks I was told to come back in a week for a follow up. So I came back in a week and was told that the physician was not in the office today. So they were to call me with another appointment. After playing phone tag with Michelle for a month I was written up at work for not following thru with workman's comp policy and was not paid for the time that I had to be off!!
