I don't recommend people signing up to this company. My best friend had her Will done with Safewill and it was all good and well to start the process. Unfortunately she pass not long after that and its been more than a year and nothing has been sorted. I understand legal things can take some time but I email for updates and don't hear for months... I tried Safewill as a promotion from Life FM. I wasn’t aware of auto-renew being turned on, so when the charge came through I checked their website and there was an option to request a refund. I did that process, and they sent me an invoice showing they refunded the amount, only the refund never hit my bank account. 20+ days later and after being tossed between representatives and talking in endless circles, they aren’t looking into the reason the refund never hit; they keep defaulting to the invoice they sent me that shows ... read more
I was invited to join Safe Will after being appointed executor of a friend’s estate, expecting guidance on my responsibilities as promised in the email. Instead, the platform immediately prompted me to create my own will, with no information about my friend’s or what being an executor involves. This felt misleading. Trust is vital in this space — Safe Will should deliver on its promises before promoting its own services.
I have submitted my 'will application' 18 days ago and no response- I found their phone number to be 'unworkable' and their so called 'support line' is rude at best with their generic AI response.....how can govt/authorities allow a major legal company like this to operate insufficiently to any clients much less new clients this way? and to have to wait for an email response up to 5 working days is completely unacceptable....Time is of the essence when it comes to making and processing a Will, not to mention all my personal ... read more
