The platform works really well and does exactly what it says it does. However, NO MFA/2FA security measures! With how much personal data it holds on people, with its Digital Vault on top of your Will, its a fraudster's playground if they got in, the fact that there is no way to enable MFA/2FA is the biggest security oversight and a massive flaw. As such they get a 1 star as they are not even doing the minimum to protect your data.
Paid for the premium custom will. Go to book the appointment with the solicitor to actually customise it and it’s booked out, no appointments available even beyond November 2025. It says to email a certain person and I did 13 days ago with no response. Upon emailing customer service their only response is to ask “As mentioned, all of the solicitors are fully booked, however if there is an immediate need please be sure to let me know so I can look into this further for you.” While there is no “urgent” or “immediate need” - I ... read more
My wife and I just used Safewill to complete our Wills and Power of Attorney's, and we found the process overall was very good. We had a bit of bother with the applying the discount to the second Will and Power of Attorney but with Daniella's help, from support, it was quickly fixed. Daniella was extremely polite and helpful.
