I submitted 3 wills more than a month ago because Life Fm was promoting them, and I got NO response back. Nothing, not even an autoreply. I had high hopes that their communication and response would be excellent because the people running the company are all young so should be pretty quick and on to it. But alas, I am left disappointed. Maybe they only respond to people who pay for their packages. Easy and safe to use. Hassle free.
I have the essentials subscription with my super. Anything beyond the most basic of instructions I am told I need to upgrade to a customised will. Have a gift in trust until 21 instead of 18? Customised will. Ridiculous and a waste of my time.
Good service but I hate tech companies that do a sneaky auto subscription which you then have to unsubscribe from lest they ding your card for $15 a year later. At least they emailed me so I could turn it off still a mess around.
