This company is a scam. I was quoted comparable rates, but wanted to support a Veteran owned company, as I am also a Vet. The day before my movers were to pickup my household items, no one had called to confirm, I had to reach out to them we went over the manifest again, I provided exact measurements of all my belongings, plus the exact number of boxes. 1. Pricing was off way off, sales person didn't ask the right questions, fine we paid the extra we have the stuff moving on ... 2. Movers NEVER provided an inventory list despite asking. I called and spoke to Julian he didn't care, in fact I was actually told "do you hear yourself talking?" When I was explaining why I was trying to obtain Safeway help with getting it to protect all parties.
