One of my residents uses Safeway for appointments and she absolutely appreciates the kindness and compassion that your drivers show. She specifically likes Frank and said he is the best driver she has ever had. He is always very sweet to her and even listens as she talks about things happening in her life. We don't hear a lot of great stories coming from residents regarding other cab companies, so it was a relief to hear that she is safe and well cared for going to and from appointments when staff can't be there.
