On September 14, 2023, at 7 a.m. ambulette #45 was observed on the Parkway operating recklessly, exhibiting erratic behavior such as weaving in and out of traffic and exceeding speed limits. They were 1 hour late for pickup. We contracted for $400 for a round trip, but didn't return home, because my husband was admitted. I was not offered a discount or a refund for the trip not taken. They provided very disappointing service.
