Worst service ever , they came twice and stoped coming , they don’t answer the phone or text msgs.. if they don’t value patients time and critical time to be for an appointment they should not be in business.. I don’t recommend this company to any one .
Was assigned to this company for a ride that I requested days before appt. Even received a confirmation call the evening before. They did not arrived at scheduled time, when I reached out to the company which was a totally different number that made the confirmation call.,..said they be there in 10 minutes. I was already going to be late but I said no problem. I waited and just finally called and canceled. Im seeing all these great reviews. The whole staff here is excellent!! By far the best transport company Ive used since my stroke. Respectful, timely, safe drivers, clean vehicles, the whole package !!
