I came to this Safeway to use the Olyns recycling machine, but the machine was full. I brought my bags to the customer service counter, but the employee who normally handles recycling was away, possibly on lunch. The manager, Antonio, was extremely busy, but he still stopped to let us know that the employee would be returning. When she had still not returned after some time, Antonio stepped in to help.
