I’ve had several uncomfortable interactions with one of the lead managers at this Safeway. His demeanor toward customers can be rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily intimidating. He has a way of interacting with people that makes you feel like you’re in the way or that you don’t belong in the store, especially when you question something or raise a concern. The shelving/displays you put in front of self check out are incredibly inconvenient. Not to mention, they make it difficult for disabled persons to get by/through when others don't pay attention.
Amazing and clean store. The staff was super friendly. Dede (or DeeDee) was so sweet.
Exceptional produce selection! I have always found exactly what I wanted when shopping. They carry such a variety of groceries that I rarely have to stop at specialty stores.
