They are super responsive to calls about the alarm going off but I've been waiting weeks for quotes and no one responds to emails or phone calls. I made an apt with their competitor for Monday, well see if they want to sell us stuff. Update: 10/9/23 We never actually got a quote from them. Its been months. The sales guy came through and gave me a bunch of excuses why they never got back with me, apologized and then never got back with me again. We've had no choice but to move to a different company. R Do not recommend!
Our system was not working and repeatedly tried to get someone to come out and fix it. Mean while, we ended up having a shoplifting problem and could not pull up the video to prove it. Very indifferent to our problems, but have been quick to remind us of our contract. Stay away from this company.
