He was on time and figured out the problem fixed it and showed he wouldn't leave until it was taken care of
Fitz was really friendly and efficient at his job, he was able to answer all my questions as needed. He did admit that he wasnt very proficient at the fire system side, as he mostly does burglar systems, but after some learning he was able to still complete the job in the time frame that was scheduled!
Due to a recent remodeling of the building I work in, Fitz had work to do in my office on a regular basis. He was always friendly and respectful. There were many times when I needed my office for scheduled meetings and Fitz always accommodated, even though it was not always convenient for him. Highly recommend!
We recently had Fitz out to our office to work on our new system, he was awesome, and did a great job! Thank you so much!
Dealt with Connor, was exteamly helpful, came in, figured out the problem and fixed it quick!
