I was working with Fitz on a few issues, and he knocked it out of the park. I was having issues access two different camera systems and helped me get comfortable working with both, now I feel like I understand both completely. Fitz was very patient and a great guy to work with. I feel like I was trained by a pro. Thanks Fitz!

Waiting on the phone for five to ten minutes a time to deal with fire alarm issues is unacceptable. I miss Safety systems, just another great company gobbeled up buy a big fish who doesn't care about customer service. Although listening to their ad while on hold clams they are they better that what they really are.
Just wrapped up an upgrade project at work and Fitz was great to work with. He had great communication and was attentive to the uniqueness of our building. There were several curveballs thrown at them, and the did great to respond and correct.
