We recently had a BLS course at Hāna Health with Seth as our instructor, and it was an excellent experience. We had a larger group of about 12 people, and Seth kept everyone engaged from start to finish. He was thorough and knowledgeable, explaining concepts clearly while also making sure to correct us in a supportive way. The pace was just right, fast enough to keep things moving, but never rushed.
