The people, Except Mike, are very fast and friendly. They didn't have what I needed in stock but were able to get it in within just a couple of business days. They called me in for a fit test with MIKE "at 10'ish" which to most people would encompass 09:30-10:30. I showed at 10:15 figuring I'd have to wait 15-30 min but it's now after noon and no MIKE.
