I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the condition of the restroom at your Safety Mart location. The bathroom door would not close properly, leaving it partially open. This was extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing, as anyone walking by could potentially see into the restroom. No customer should have to worry about their privacy while using a public washroom.
