Unreliable pricing and poor communication—won’t do business here again. We went from purchasing our oil at a fair rate to being charged nearly four times the original price, all without prior notice. Despite choosing to stay, our pricing was changed four different times in one year, again with no warning or explanation. Who operates like that? signed a contract with them, now they wont respond to requests to pick up the drum of used filters. Sad because I thought this was a great idea for disposal. don't waste your company time on these guys.

I work for a small auto repair shop and a rep from this company came and offered services. The pitch sounded good back in March, but as of today we just got pricing and I put in an order... and haven't heard anything. They left us hanging. Don't pitch to small businesses if your too busy.
