signed a contract with them, now they wont respond to requests to pick up the drum of used filters. Sad because I thought this was a great idea for disposal. don't waste your company time on these guys.
I work for a small auto repair shop and a rep from this company came and offered services. The pitch sounded good back in March, but as of today we just got pricing and I put in an order... and haven't heard anything. They left us hanging. Don't pitch to small businesses if your too busy.
Called twice now for a price. Nobody will return my requests
They are always nice and professional.
