Horrible company to work for. The dispatch sheets give you a start time and then they refuse to pay you from said time. I was told several times my shift started at 0630 but they refused to pay the half hour before 7. Claim the time on the timesheet and they change it. How much money are they screwing their staff over when they refuse 1/2 hour of over time every shift from each person? Every other safety company out there pays OT for that but not safety first. Safety First was employed as a sub-contractor by my employer. I had the privilege of working directly with their management team and a number of employees. From the top down, I found them to be passionate, consistent, thorough and competitive.
