After a snafu with the location not being open I was enraged and afraid that I was scammed. Jay, the franchise owner went out of his way to reassure me, provide clarification on the issue and provide solutions that made me feel safe about me enrolling my son in their other location. We just had our first session and my son who was super nervous was handled with care and really made to be comfortable.
