We absolutely LOVE Ms. Rich’e!!! Just from observing her during my son’s sessions, I can tell she’s giving thorough instruction & loves what she does! We just moved up to another level & the slot that she’s open for doesn’t work for us in that level, but when he levels up again, we are hoping to schedule with her again. 5 stars for Rich’e!!! As far as the actual staff & cleanliness, I am pleased! Wonderful!
My family and I absolutely love SafeSplash! The staff is always so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. They truly care about their students and go above and beyond to make every experience a positive one. When we’ve had questions, made a mistake scheduling a class or needed scheduling accommodations, they’ve been incredibly helpful and understanding. My daughter has been taking classes with Safesplash for less then a month now and I couldn't be happier with the progress she is making! Also, the staff is amazing from the front desk to the swim instructors.
Love Ms Joanne our son does a great job with her & she makes me feel confident and comfortable as a first time mom
I have had 3 lessons. Each lesson was delightful. I have learned something through each lesson. I will continue until I am a swimmer.
