We love SafeSplash! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. The instructors are so patient and give great feedback and things to work on at home. The instructors really work to build confidence around and in water.
I am very glad to have found Safesplash. My kids are both doing so much better with their swimming skills. It really helps that class sizes are small and instructors are great with the kids. The ambience is great and entire facility is very clean. Pool is warm and kids have no worry going in the water. Communication through texts makes it amazingly easy to address most concerns including rescheduling. Staff are great at accommodating for any concerns. We absolutely LOVE Ms. Rich’e!!! Just from observing her during my son’s sessions, I can tell she’s giving thorough instruction & loves what she does! We just moved up to another level & the slot that she’s open for doesn’t work for us in that level, but when he levels up again, we are hoping to schedule with her again. 5 stars for Rich’e!!! As far as the actual staff & cleanliness, I am pleased! Wonderful!
