I really liked the customer service at SafeSpace Concepts. Ivan was great at explaining the process to me. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling again if we have a need for our Early Learning Center!
We have play mats from SafeSpace Concepts for the Mayfield Branch of Cuyahoga County Public Library. The mats get daily use from children aged 0-10. The first batch lasted about 12 years before showing wear and tear. We have received our newest batch of mats, and they are just the same great quality as the old mats. Very satisfied.
Finding Ivan and SafeSpace Concepts was a game-changer for my new center!! We were in a last-minute need of finding a vendor who could make us a customized ball pit (very awkward dimensions) and they came through so quickly for us! Not only was there wonderful customer service and communication from phone call #1, but when we received the ball pit, I was relieved by the high quality and the EXACT FIT for the pit that they made us. Truly experts in their field and I couldn't recommend them enough!

Safespace Concepts was excellent to work with, designing a custom climbing feature for our childcare center. They were easy to work with through a couple iterations of the design and even when they ran into a production hiccup, communication was timely and helpful. The end result has been very well received by teachers and children.
