Good service. Prompt service. But the company should look into not charging processing fees. The current policy is like “double jeopardy.” Also I recommend making their vans more roomy to accommodate taller customers. The company should align their drivers with the clients, ;bigger clients with bigger drivers. The driver should be able to assist clients all the way through.
This company is so easy to work with for transporting our wheelchair bound Mom. Scheduling the trip, the pick up and then return trip back are seamless. Highly recommend this company.

I used SafeRidezz to transport my 87-year-old mother who is wheelchair-bound for a dinner night out. Driver, Priya, was very kind and patient with my mom. She was on time both directions. Would definitely use this business again.
