Our Class C got a flat tire on Interstate 75S. The SafeRideRV provided a 2 hour wait time minimum for towing. We found one closer to us with an ETA less than 45 minutes for pick up- towing. The Rep., Juan, said the Supervisor, Laura, would NOT change the schedule/reservation without any logical reasoning. She said we could book them and pay ourselves. DON'T GET SUCKERED IN WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEIR NON-CONDUSIVE APPRECIATION FOR SITTING ON AN INTERSTATE WITH SEMIs AND OTHER VEHICLES GOING 80MPH!!!! 14 OCTOBER 2024
Called for flat tire and response was wonderful. They dispatched a small business RAC in Jacksonville FL who responded within 20 minutes. Changed tire quickly and competently. Alex from RAC is excellent and I hope Saferide can give him more business
2025 c class used twice. Key stuck in door and door wouldn't open. Called saferide they sent a lock Smith who wanted $150.00 for the service call and an additional 100.00 to remove the lock then 250.00 to replace it. It was the small lock on the side door.
Do your research. Terrible customer service. A simple flat tire on I75. First time quote. 90 minutes. Second time quote : 120 minutes. Third time quote : another 30 - 45 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable.
Don’t buy this awful service. They don’t pay claims and are totally incompetent.
