Do you guys know that customers can see the drivers entire path including the paths he has to take if the driver has other rides? Every time if it's busy, there will just be a brown line throughout town on the GPS showing everywhere the driver has to go. I say that because I posted for a ride and was told I'd get one in 6-7 minutes. Genuinely so inconsistent. You either get the best, very nice and speedy drivers, or you request a ride and it'll say 22 minutes out, and it'll arrive 30 minutes later, and the driver will be driving 10 under the speed limit.

I ordered a ride from this company about 5 minutes apart. Both times I got a text saying my ride has been cancelled. This is outrageous and insane. Why would my ride be cancelled when it is basically first come first serve. (And yes both time I requested to be picked up from the SAFERIDE office. I am not impressed.
