If you remember what Louis Auto Glass used to be, this is not what it is now. They can't find customers that have been with them for. 40 years and when I gave them multiple forms of ID they still couldn't. When I asked for a supervisor she said there was none and hung up.
They are not the same shop that they used to be. They have sold out to Safelite and along with it. The service went to shit.
The service itself on my car was great and no complaints. Im giving a lower rating because they made a mistake on my payment invoice and it's been like pulling teeth just to get any kind of communication from them. Its been more than 3 weeks since I requested a corrected invoice to submit to insurance for reimbursement and I still haven't recieved. Very disappointing.
I had an appointment at Safelite at 10 today to replace my windshield (not realizing it was no longer Louis Auto Glass until after I scheduled), and was told it would take a couple hours. I explained that I was going to run a quick errand and then wait while they finished up. Around 11 I came back to the office and sat in the waiting area.
