Recently decided to leave this broker due to unclear, rushed emails and delayed responses. While I had a positive experience with them four years ago, I’m disappointed to see a decline in service. Unfortunately, their lack of responsiveness may have cost us an opportunity in a competitive home-buying situation.

We talked to a few different mortgage advisors coming into the buying process, and they were the only ones suggested we keep our current home as an investment - and then made it work.
