Super install, very helpful in picking out a wood stove in our price range. Mark seems happy to share this knowledge so I have a great experience with the new stove. Highly recommend.
We purchased a Mendota gas fireplace insert and we love it. Mark answered all of our questions, gave us a great price and even came to our house when we had a problem with the initial lighting of the stove. We installed it, but he went above and beyond to help us make the stove operational. It is nice to see honesty and integrity still exists!

Mark with Safe and Warm just recently installed the Bristol DX Hearthstone propane gas stove in my living room at my Twin Lakes home. I was very pleased with the professional and neat installation. I cannot recommend Mark with safe and warm. He installed a stove in my house that has never worked well. There were several problems with the installation and when I complained he told me he had done his best. I ended up fixing most of these issues myself. He made one visit to try and fix a problem with the way the stove drew air and he suggested adding a section of pipe to the flue and told me if it did not help he would not charge me for the pipe, $280.
