Mark with Safe and Warm just recently installed the Bristol DX Hearthstone propane gas stove in my living room at my Twin Lakes home. I was very pleased with the professional and neat installation. I cannot recommend Mark with safe and warm. He installed a stove in my house that has never worked well. There were several problems with the installation and when I complained he told me he had done his best. I ended up fixing most of these issues myself. He made one visit to try and fix a problem with the way the stove drew air and he suggested adding a section of pipe to the flue and told me if it did not help he would not charge me for the pipe, $280. If you ever have something that needs fixed or installed or maintained and Mark is one of your options as a service provider, do everything in your power to have Mark be the one who performs the work. As someone who performs work that is above and beyond the quality of nearly anyone in the relevant industries, Mark is in high demand. As such, occasionally a call will slip through the cracks. It's definitely worth the follow-up call or three if you can have the work performed by Mark.
Not sure what happened to Mark, as he has done chimney cleaning for us in the past. I scheduled a cleaning with him this year late summer. He called me back and let me know that he was looking to come out around Halloween and would call with specifics closer to that time. Halloween came and went. Time progressed into mid November with no contact from him so I gave him a call. I asked if he knew when he was coming back. I heard nothing in the coming weeks. After Thanksgiving I called again.
