I been filing with safe tax since 2016 and never again. The store manager has been harassing my niece and told her to come to this location to fight. How unprofessional imagined inviting someone to your job to fight. Please be careful filing taxes here

I went to the Pinehill location to get my taxes done which was 2022 and 2023. I received my 2023 but did not receive my 2022 somehow they told me that it got sent to a different account I have reached out to them multiple times to get this fixed. No one to reach back to me. I spoke with corporate. They basically was giving me the runaround and was extremely rude and very unprofessional, they told me I have to sue them to get my money back I’m just trying to figure out how to go about getting my tax refund the owner who is Sh... read more
