I want to warn others about my experience with Safe Tax in the Pine Hills and Orlando offices. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been very unprofessional. For the past two months, I have been trying to complete my taxes, repeatedly submitting my documents back and forth without receiving any meaningful response or follow-up from anyone. This lack of communication has caused significant delays and a great deal of frustration due to the time lost. Please think twice before using Safe Tax. My advice is to work ... read more
