I couldn’t be more impressed with this company! Their professionalism is unmatched, and their customer service team is top-notch—friendly, helpful, and always responsive. They were punctual and delivered exactly as promised, which is rare to find these days. On top of that, their services were very affordable without compromising on quality. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable transportation.
They stranded me at my appointment. I tried calling back and they leave me on hold for two hours. I call back three times, each time being told they are having trouble finding rides to pick me up. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Especially if they get you stranded at an appointment that’s a 30 minute drive down town and disabled. Absolutely uncalled for. The police had to drive me home and I am sobbing the whole time. I didn’t get home until 5pm and my appointment was at 9pm for only an hour.
