The driver, I believe her name was Naeisha in a gold SUV, was here at the wrong time an hour earlier and she was actually at the wrong address by the time I’ve reached her. She was very rude. Said she couldn’t wait meaning come find the correct address so I told her never mind and I would never use this service again. I’m 77 years old thought I’d try the transportation service my insurance provided and sure enough it let me down. I am so upset. So very very upset. My mother needed to get to her Brothers funeral. After thinking we were scheduled with a different company from the rehab center we were left scrambling for a transit. The NIGHT BEFORE the funeral they accepted us. My mom was EARLY to the services. We didn't have to wait long after telling them we were ready to leave. Our driver was very pleasant and joined into our conversation.
