Had an amazing experience with Safe removalist Australia. I was referred to them by a company I used in the past who were busy and trusted their recommendation. Ruslan and Michael did a great job and were very careful with everything and ensured safe delivery. Would definitely recommend and use them in the future.
These guys are awful. Passive aggressive, unhelpful & rude. Beware - they do not use moving trucks - they use shipping containers. This means they send your stuff by train & really have no idea when it will be delivered. It was impossible to get updates. When I tried to get in touch they either did not reply or were really dismissive of me simply wanting to know when my furniture would arrive. The whole company should undertake training in kindness. Safe Removalists are a great company to deal with and I have used them several times for moving general household items finding them both friendly and careful in their work. This time I entrusted them to move my aluminium speakers which weigh 230 kilos each. It was a tricky job as they are not only heavy but had to go down my new timber stairs without damaging the speakers or the staircase. Highly recommend! Shane, Gee and Lee were extremely professional and courteous. They worked quickly and efficiently but took excellent care of our things and were respectful to our property. They did a great job and took the stress of the move away. Thanks guys!
The guys from Safe Removalists were absolutely fabulous. I would never use anyone else again. Not one thing was broken and everything ended up in the right rooms at the new home. They were very reasonably priced and really lovely guys. I think so many of us realise how wrong you can get it with a removalist that when you get it right you can hardly believe it!
