The team at Safe Removalists were absolutely brilliantly! Vlad and John in Sydney were thorough with documenting and loading our items onto the truck, while Ben and Glory who delivered the items to our house in Canberra were so careful, ensuring our freshly polished floor boards weren't scratched. These guys were professional from start to finish. We had two storage units to move interstate (about a 6 hour drive between Qld and NSW x 2) and they handled the move efficiently and with no hiccups. The guys were fast but careful at both ends, and I would definitely use them again. The price was much cheaper than other companies I received quotes from, yet the way they packed the truck was so careful - they really took care to wrap everything and tetris it into the truck. Honestly cannot recommend them enough.
We booked Safe Removalist for a local move from Castle Hill to Kellyville. The guys we amazing, moved very fast but handled our stuff carefully. Overall brilliant service for a very reasonable price. I hate moving but this company certainly helped relieve a lot of the stress. Won't ever use anyone else. Highly recommend them!!!
I’ve moved quite a few times over the years, and this was hands down the best removalist team I’ve ever had. Ben and the crew were outstanding. Friendly, highly professional, and incredibly efficient. Communication was clear and consistent, which made the whole process seamless and stress-free. They took great care with everything and worked like a well-oiled machine. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. 5 Stars
We recently used SRA, and impressed is an understatement. From the initial contact before pre-pack, and throughout the actual move, the attention to detail and care in packing and unpacking was evident. Ben coordinated our move, and like an expensive Swiss watch his professionalism and exceptional customer focus was evident from the moment he alighted from the truck, right up until Ben and his colleagues finished the move. Highly recommended!
