I went because I wanted to stop drinking energy drinks. I left there thinking “well, that didn’t work”. It’s been six weeks today and I haven’t had one energy drink since my appointment. From ONE session. Amazing. Now I’m making a list of things to go back for.

I went under hypnosis because I battled with food. I am a picky eater. Hypnosis helped me with that. Even my friends were amazed. They saw me try food and they never saw that before. Now, trying food is fun. Sheri was very understanding and made sure I was comfortable. I definitely recommend hypnosis to everyone. We all have something we want to work on. I really did not know what to expect at Safe Place. I can say that as soon as Sheryll opened the door, it was as if Safe Place and Sheryll wrapped its arms around me. I actually felt all the apprehension and nervousness leave me, to be replaced by the warmth and peacefulness.
