Driver showed up mad late and visibly on drugs wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy would give negative stars if it was an option
Lol had a pickup at 830 for my newborn and they never showed. Tried calling 3x between 8 and 830, went straight to voicemail every time. Wild how these medical transport companies can just do this and still try to bill your insurance. Called the medical transport line and definitely filed a complaint. First time transport hasn't even picked me up. Y'all are a joke.
Very professional and courteous! Rides are on time and response is prompt.

Was supposed to have a transport come to my house at 9am for a 10am dr apt. The ride never showed up. Called the company and got a man on phone who was arguing with me about the driver. I waited and waited and still no show. Man on phone started giving me the number the driver called, and I have not had that number in over 12 years. I have updated Medicaid with new number when I got it changed. The driver never came like the man on phone said he did.
