Very thorough in explaining the Security benefits over the competition. No hard selling. The Auditor, Fabian was great and so was the installer, Philip.
Great service and products!!
Excellent service representative and technician
Paul told us all about the Safe Home system and the Lumvida cameras. He did such a fantastic job that we were ready to go! Joseph got the installation done in an amazingly short time. His tutorial of how to use the cameras was excellent. Then Paul came back by to check on us. I was able to show him some of what Joseph taught me. This security system is going to be a game changer for us. We feel super safe now and are enjoying watching the live feed on our tv. Thank you, Paul and Joseph!!!!
