Worst place in Maryland. Mattress is not even 5 inches thick had old and I mean old foam mattress on the bed. Nightstand was a piece of old wood nailed onto a broken down 1 drawer nightstand. Residents within bed or in geri chairs in a room. Care terrible shocked tgat Office of Health Quality made my relative go there when facilty they were in was closed temporarily.
