My grandfather passed away and I needed to have his final tax return done. I had been going to Safe Harbor Tax and Payroll for the past several years with no complaints. However, this year I found the company not to be as good . Moreover, they lacked communication with their client. The supporting staff was courteous, but not informative, as they all had different narratives / answers when questions were asked. I have never used an accountant before coming to Safe Harbor and I am SO glad I did. I am a freelance artist and my husband works in pharmaceuticals, so our tax returns are a bit funky. They were no problem for Valerie, Merri and the rest of the staff. Caring, kind, personable across the board. Highly reccommend!
