This guy deducted $1000 from my dad’s tax refund. When I asked him why the money was short, he lied and said the government took their stimulus back from the refund. When we called the bank his company cuts the check from, the bank told us out right that the tax preparer (Troy Beal) took $1,000 as payment for his services. He told my dad he was charged $400 which was $100 more than he charged everyone else.
Very unprofessional they missed up my taxes last year I didn’t get my refund and I went there to see if they can check it waited for 2 hours and Troy just gave the IRS number to call them not even checked in their system to see what they did wrong. WILL NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN
