A most valuable training course. The material was well presented and easily understood. Jeff Webster, the proctor, was most knowledgeable in his field and really added to the learning process. Thank you!
The guy running the show (Jeff) was very animated which kept it interesting. He told us some pretty funny horror stories about restaurants and food born illnesses. I didn't fall asleep once which says a lot if you've ever had to take these classes. I'll will be sending my other staff to him.
The instructor was amazing. He was precise, knowledgeable and had an easy going personality which i feel is super important when teaching this class. He did a really good job and he made me feel confident in passi g the test
