Great bank to use. Friendly employees!
Unless you live within basically a hundred feet of a branch , this is the worst bank ever. Zero communication , zero appreciation , zero reason to bank with them. They removed all shared banking services and did not inform their customers.Leaving people in quite the pinch. Customer service is generally unhelpful, and you have to repeat your request multiple times or just ask for a new person. And crazy , how they would remove shared services right before the holidays.
