Recently got a car loan with SAFE FCU through a dealership. Had to call them numerous times to pay the loan off. Got conflicting payoff amounts, funds were deposited into a savings account and NOT immediately used for payoff even though we followed their instructions. Finally got it paid, then received 4 payment vouchers/invoices in the mail set for one payment every 3 months for the next year. Called again and was advised that the loan was paid off; however, they would not be sending us the title because husband had an outs... read more
