Every time I go in or call, they are very friendly and very helpful. The best banking experience. I just had online help from Mario this Saturday morning. He was so nice and patient with me. With Customer service like that Safe Credit Union will always come out ahead. Thanks again, Mario.
I would not recommend banking with Safe. If you are a joint owner on an account they will deny you access to view or transact online and recommend the primary owner share their username and password with the joint to get access. Poor security.
