Avi was a massive help, had a karen interrupt my transaction to complain about whatever was ruining her day today but avi kept his composure remained professional and called her out that it was rude to interrupt like that. I see why he’s the manager and on top of that he solved my issue with no hesitation while simultaneously helping out his staff. A true example of a leader in the workplace.
Horrible experience, nasty branch. Tellers are lazy and don’t move the line when it’s to the very door. Saturdays are the worst to visit the branch. Over the last 10 years, SAFE has become a disaster. Horrible management and leadership. Not sure why they hire horrible employees who are lazy and don’t care about serving customers. After today, I am seriously considering pulling all money and switch to a different bank. Never stepping foot here at this branch ever.
I walked into Antelope branch today looking to apply for a personal loan. They were super busy but Avi Naidu was able to take care of me right away although I did not have any appointment. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. Within minutes he was able to get me approved for the loan and I walked out having the money in my account.He was helping few of the customers at the same but same friendly service to everyone. Avi Naidu is awesome
Today I was assisted by Avi Naidu at the Antelope branch. It was busy when I got in. I needed to file a dispute on my credit card. He helped me complete the dispute on my mobile app. He also got me a digital card on my phone which I think is a new thing so I don’t have to wait for the card in my mail. Thank you for a great service and Mr Naidu was very helpful and knowledgeable.
I have had only one bad experience with a female bank teller who was extremely rude, otherwise I have had great service at this location and customer service on the whole has been nothing less than superior. I have been with safe for 2 years but actually had a joint account back in la𝘵𝘦 90's and car loan. They were great then as well.
