Guy at the front desk was very rude to my wife, who was quietly standing in line to speak with him. He dismissed her before she was able to speak one word because she wasn't sitting in one of the chairs to wait? What a jerk.
Avi Naidu is very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to help me and my wife to go over our accounts and help us understand the charges that we were not sure of and also helped us call our auto insurance company to get insurance added to our recent auto loan. We love coming to this location , all the employees are always very welcoming and helpful.
