SAFE debit cards are frustrating. Very often they will shut off the card, even when funds are really available, because a purchase doesn't seem "normal", and gets flash by fraud alert. Only time to get a hold of anyone to fix the issue, i.e. ask permission to use your funds, is during normal business hours, and there is no 24hr customer service for the 24hr fraud department.
