The staff is always super friendly and they are always willing to answer any questions I ever have.
I love Safe! I use them for banking and loans. At this location we obtained a home loan and had received great customer service. The process was easy and all our questions were answered.
Trying to get pre-qualified for a home loan, Justin was so helpful, explained everything, ran numbers with me & made me feel so comfortable, I won't go anywhere else!
This Bank is on a main street. A little busy which makes it harder to pull into the parking lot. As for the bank itself, clean and a nice building. Staff are friendly and answer all questions. Offer free checking and help you get everything done quickly when you are in a hurry. They have some things there for kids also so they don't get bored.
I did not have a good experience here! I have an auto loan by them and trying to cash a check they issued me because of an over payment was a joke!
Been a member for years, quality service with a smile. I have many accounts hete. I even got my childrens accounts here.
I don't always have need of going inside for service, but when I do, they are always helpful and friendly. Highly recommend them.
The bankers at SAFE Credit Union are very friendly and helpful. There is usually no waiting for assistance and I have found that their CD interest rates are consistently the best in town.
