RecommendedDoing business with a number of financial institutions makes for better opportunities. The problem with SAFE on Sunrise/Auburn has been attitude towards others. They seem to believe themselves above the rest of consumers. Their paycheck couldn't possibly near as wonderful as mine, but their airs are thick. Management needs a good review overhaul.
RecommendedYes I would definitely recommend! I came there on Friday 3/13 they had extremely polite staff members. I walking towards the door with my 5 year old and my 2 year old in the stroller. A staff member opened the door for me which is a big deal because I had to hold my sons hand while pushing the stroller. When I left the same staff member held the door for me again! Everyone had all smiles and told us to have a good day!

Not business friendly. I've had personal accounts, credit cards and auto loans with these guys for years but I got denied a business credit card even though my credit was good because I had one account in collections from seven years ago for $214 which was not accurate. I wish I would have known that before I went through the trouble of creating a business account with you and setting up all my ach and credit card processing accounts through my account with you. What a dissapointment!
Really happy with customer service I've received at this branch! The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the manager. In a time where good customer service is hard to find, SAFE never falters.
