I have made numerous orders with this company but will not be making any in the future. There were issues with both of my last two orders. And each time, the process to resolve the issues led to such ridiculous requests from them. For example, with the last order a $50 plastic riser shelf arrived broken. I had already gotten rid of the packaging. In dealing with this, Lars (their customer service) essentially threatened to not refund that amount since I didn't save the packaging, which would somehow prove something?? Even th... read more
Don't be fooled. This isn't a store. All business is done online. Almost certain 90 percent of there products are drop shipped from other people.
