Ed is the BEST human, driver, & communicator! I had so much anxiety about my pride and joy being transported cross country and I had nothing to be concerned about with my car in the hands of Ed! So thrilled with the experience from start to finish! And Ed somehow made the handoff EARLY! Wish I had more to transport, I’d be calling Ed!
Terrible customer service, no respect at all to their customers, heard the employees using profanity in the background to hang up on me when I have been respectful the whole time. If you can avoid working with them, I would highly suggest going with another transport company!
