Leo went above and beyond to take care of us. I highly recommend this transport service company. Our brand new vehicle was transported from Nevada to Tennessee and arrived in perfect condition. They were late picking up my car. They missed the drop off date and are now MIA. They don’t answer the phone . Don’t respond to emails . The driver won’t talk to me just keeps saying to call them . I can only assume my car has been stolen . Sold for parts . Calling a lawyer.
I had Safe Auto bring my truck back from Indiana to me in California and they were FAST and was there in 2 days to pick it up. I would highly recommend them anytime to move my vehicle anywhere and I mean that. Everyone in commend of there’s is top knotch and really good people and their drivers are GREAT if they ever need my to tell you call me.
The dealership hired this company to transport my 2023 Lexus RX as a trade-in. Unfortunately, I accidentally left my wallet on the front passenger seat. As soon as I realized it, I contacted the company and offered to pay the driver, the company, and all shipping costs to have the wallet returned. I was ultimately told that the wallet was "no longer in the car." Car dealership hired this company to pick up a trade in vehicle, 2023 Lexus RX. I left my wallet in the car in the front passenger seat. Have attempted to get it it back from the company, offered to pay them as well as the driver, and obviously pay for any shipping just to get the wallet back. Unfortunately they claim that it "is no longer in the car." Have attempted to contact the company through varying avenues but they have not been willing to assist.
