I got a blanket from there and it’s the softest thing I’ve ever touched!
What a disgrace! The quality they're selling under the Roots name is absolutely terrible. I bought a set of towels, and in less than 6 months, they reek of mold and feel disgusting—cheap garbage. When I reached out to their customer service, they told me to return them to the store where I bought them, even after I explained that I can't. Now, an employee named Jeff says he spoke with their team, and they can't do anything about it. How can you sell such awful quality and then refuse to offer any resolution? Very satisfied with their cutlery and service
Ordered a set of your insulated glass mugs thru Wayfare about 2 mo. Ago and one got water between glass in about 2 wks now another same thing.would not reccomend to any one. Have been very careful and hand wash with care just wanted you to know as sure not only one with this problem.
