I got a blanket from there and it’s the softest thing I’ve ever touched!
What a disgrace! The quality they're selling under the Roots name is absolutely terrible. I bought a set of towels, and in less than 6 months, they reek of mold and feel disgusting—cheap garbage. When I reached out to their customer service, they told me to return them to the store where I bought them, even after I explained that I can't. Now, an employee named Jeff says he spoke with their team, and they can't do anything about it. How can you sell such awful quality and then refuse to offer any resolution?
