First ride to dr appt for my mom she said was great. However picking her up for the ride back was a disaster. Door to van broke and couldn’t close it. When she arrived back to her residence they couldn’t get the the door to open for a long time. Second trip planned they never showed up or even bothered to call. Third trip. Never showed up again or called. Make sure you have a backup plan for this service. Checking to see if the charged Medicare for transportation service not performed.
