3rd time my car was wrongfully towed from the place I freaking live. Taking alllllll this paperwork to small claims court. Absolute JOKE of a towing service.
Apparently it's okay to run red lights (not one, but TWO) and barrel through a school zone. If I could add all of the dashcam footage I would. Dude should not have a job anymore. This was in Dallas around 8:18AM 2/11. In response to below, there is only ONE Safari towing licensed in Texas. They also have your number posted on the truck.
Do not use Safari towing. I called today and the Dispatch lady was extremely rude. She was talking to me like I was stupid. When I told her she was being rude, and I don’t understand why she told me she doesn’t know why I’m calling and don’t have any information ready. (I was in the process of looking up The information) The whole phone call only took two minutes. She didn’t give me any time to look up my information. They are literally the worst! My apartment complex uses these people and I don’t know why! You call these people and they never come to tow. They make up excuses!
