If I could give them a zero I really would. I’m so happy the apartment complex Sync Cityline got rid of them because this company is very unprofessional. I had to have our leasing office have them bring my car back after it was wrongly towed. A few months later they towed my daughter truck even though it was registered and parked on the 5th floor! I’m sure the apartments lost a lot of business due to them! They come and steal cars and they should definitely be put out of business

Worst towing company ever!!!! They literally towed my car for being OUTSIDE the apartment complex i was at with no signage saying otherwise. Called them to see why they towed and explained that the apt complex said it was ok to park outside the gates. The guy on the line told me I was a liar and hung up on me after I told him how unprofessional he was. This is the type of towing company people cant stand. Just do right by people instead of getting over on them!!!!!!

Unprofessional and absoute garbage company. I called and set a time for my truck to be picked up and taken to the mechanic shop. They did not arrive at the agreed upon time. They didn't contact me at all. When I spoke to the office asking for a time frame they said they would get back to me. An hour later I called again. They said the truck will be there in 15 min. 30 min after that I called a different company. They seem more inclined to just tow people illegally from parking lots. Read the other reviews. My car was wrongfully towed from an apartment complex despite being registered to park and in a visitor spot. The car is lowered and was damaged when they towed it. They cracked the front member and cracked the radiator. The car overheated when I tried to drive it away from the impound lot. They will not respond to an email sent to their claims email address. i am sending them a Demand letter and reporting them to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation to try to recover the over $4000 in damages owed to get my car ... read more
