YOU damaged my car while towing it and now NOBODY in this company answers to take accountability. How can this be addressed???
If you’re going to have “No Parking” signs and obviously strictly enforce them, maybe put signs on every single spot. Not scattered on every other entrance. Feels like entrapment to a certain degree. I’m not from this area, so I’m not constantly on the lookout for signs. You know why I don’t park in handicap spots? There’s a sign in front of that spot. Not only do they tow people from places not clearly marked, they towed a vehicle with a disabled veteran license plate, handicap placard in the window, on the 4th of July. They are predatory and should be closed. Dishonest disgusting business.
Terrible costumer service. People that work here are nasty and disrespectful humans. Sorry for anyone who had wyo come across these guys
