Terrible company. Management does not care about customers, animals, or staff. Brought puppy home with Pneumonia after spending over $5000. Still cannot get a response as to paying for vet bills over $1000.
Our family visited the New Haven location and were helped 'royally' by Connor! We were greeted at the door, given a tour, shown the puppies and fell in love with a shih tzu. Thanks to Connor and his professionalism and wealth of knowledge, we left with our new puppy and all the things we need for a healthy, happy life. We even named the dog Connor!
